Highfields Pioneer Village, Museum & Park Inc. is a community based, non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers, HPV is also a registered charity, all donations over $2 are tax deductible.

We are currently running a fundraising appeal for the erection of a new storage shed. Please see the link to the go-fund me page here. The erection of this shed will enable an existing building to be used to house and display the Australian Stock Saddle Museum.

Donations of Historic Interest:

Apart from the various other community groups, much of the display material at the HPV is derived from a large number of private donors who wish to see their memorabilia preserved. The Village is a valuable repository for local schools, universities and colleges to research and learn about history and your contribution will ensure that these programs can continue for future generations.

Any further donations of historic interest to our collection would be appreciated, donations can be dropped off to the Village any day between 10am and 4pm.

For over 30 years HPV has been preserving the history of the Darling Downs for future generations. But we rely almost entirely on the generosity of people like you.

The Highfields Pioneer Village is frequented by over 40 different schools in South East Queensland.
